Purpose & Scope. A vendor-neutral drafting workspace that helps radiologists transition away from PowerScribe and compose structured findings in any browser. It produces draft findings and impression text only, which you copy into the dictation or reporting system supplied by your hospital or radiology group.
No PHI. This application does not collect, store, or transmit Protected Health Information. All patient identifiers and the official medical record remain within your institutional systems (PACS/RIS). Dictation entered here is processed transiently to generate a draft and is not retained by this application. Users are solely responsible for ensuring no PHI is entered.
Clinical use. All generated text is a draft and must be reviewed, edited, and signed by a qualified radiologist before any clinical use. Not a medical device; not for diagnostic decision-making without independent verification.
